Our Rates

At Monadnock Choppers, we are dedicated to making aviation as accessible as possible by offering competitive rates. Our Discovery and Photography Flights are tailored for first-time flyers, providing an exciting way to experience the thrill of flying. Please note that our aircraft rental rates are for the aircraft only; Airplane and Helicopter flight training students will also pay the additional hourly instruction fee unless they are soloing. As always, we are happy to answer any questions and we look forward to flying with you!

Airplane Discovery & Photography Flights

Take an Discovery or Photography Flight in our Cherokee 140 ($210) or Cessna 172 ($240) to discover your passion for aviation! In your Discovery Flight, you can fly the airplane under our Certified Flight Instructor’s supervision! Or you can be a passenger on a Photography Flight and let our expert pilots show you beautiful vistas. We cater this experience to each individual, and can sometimes offer a partial hour to align with your budget. This is perfect for an aspiring or first-time aviator.

helicopter Discovery & Photography Flights

Take a Discovery of Photography Flight in our Enstrom helicopter ($600/hr) to discover your passion for rotary-wing aviation! In your Discovery Flight, you can fly the helicopter under our Certified Flight Instructor’s supervision! Or you can be a passenger on a Photography Flight and let our expert pilots shown you beautiful vistas. We cater this experience to each individual, and can sometimes offer a partial hour to align with your budget. This is perfect for an aspiring or first-time aviator.

Aeronca 7ac Rental
$120/hr

The Aeronca Champ is a tailwheel aircraft and offers excellent training for pilots looking to sharpen their stick and rudder skills and take on a new challenge. The Champ requires a special tailwheel endorsement, which our expert instructors will be happy to complete with you. This is a tandem aircraft that seats two people. The aircraft rental rate does not include flight training instruction.

Helicopter Rental
$600/hr

Our 2013 Enstrom 280SX is a fully equipped helicopter that makes an exceptional rental or flight training platform. Enstrom helicopters are known for safety, reliability and versatility in their operations. Our helicopter is IFR equipped and can take you through private pilot training or all the way through your commercial and CFI ratings. It seats 3 people (weight dependent). Receive 1:1 instruction with our Certified Flight Instructor.

cessna SKyhawk 172 Rental
$175/hr

The Cessna 172 is one of our most popular aircraft, particularly for more advanced training and flights. The aircraft is IFR certified with a 2-axis autopilot and can take you through private pilot training or all the way through your commercial and CFI ratings. It is also our most popular aircraft for rentals and our Discovery and Photography flights as it can carry up to three passengers (weight dependent). Rental rate for just the aircraft does not include flight training instruction.

Piper PA28 140/160 Rental
$145/HR

The Piper Cherokee is an economical aircraft and is a student favorite for time building, cross countries, and breakfast flights. The aircraft has a standard 6-pack and is fantastic for private pilot training. The hourly rental rate for the Piper Cherokee is $145 per hour. Rental rate for just the aircraft does not include flight training instruction.

Beechcraft Bonanza C35 Rental
$235/hr

The Beechcraft V-Tail Bonanza is a high performance and complex aircraft that is popular for more advanced training or pilots looking to travel longer distances. The Bonanza requires a special endorsement, which our expert instructors will be happy to complete with you. This exceptionally capable aircraft is IFR certified with a GFC500 autopilot. Aircraft rental rate does not include flight training instruction.

Flight Instruction $65/hR

Receive 1:1 instruction with our Certified Flight Instructors in flight and on the ground. We cater our instruction specific to you, your needs, and your level of current expertise to help you be the safest pilot you can be. Please note your costs will include the hourly rental rate of the training aircraft + the hourly instruction cost.
