Instruction - $65/hR

Airplane Discovery Flight AS LOW AS- $105

Take an discovery flight special in our Cherokee 140 or Cessna 172 ($120) to discover your passion for aviation! In your discovery flight, you will learn some basic aerodynamics, receive an explanation of flight controls, and even fly the airplane yourself under our Certified Flight Instructor’s supervision!

helicopter Discovery Flight - $300

Take a discovery flight special to discover your passion for rotary-wing aviation! In your discovery flight, you will learn some basic aerodynamics, receive an explanation of flight controls, and even fly the helicopter yourself under our Certified Flight Instructor’s supervision!

Receive 1:1 instruction with our Certified Flight Instructor in flight and on the ground in our fully equipped Enstrom 280SX helicopter training platform.

Helicopter - $600/hr

The hourly rental rate for the Cessna Skyhawk 172 is $175 per hour. The aircraft is IFR Certified with 2 axis autopilot. Rental rate does not include instruction.

The hourly rental rate for the Piper Cherokee is $145 per hour. Rental rate does not include instruction.

PA28-140/160- $145/HR

The hourly rental rate for the Aeronca Champ is $120 per hour. This is a tailwheel airplane. Rental rate does not include instruction.

Aeronca 7ac - $120/hr

The hourly rental rate for the Beechcraft V-Tail Bonanza C35 is $235 per hour. The aircraft is high performance and complex. IFR certified with GFC500 autopilot. Rental rate does not include instruction.

We purchased her, addressed all squawks with a comprehensive annual inspection, logged a few hours to ensure peak performance, and put her up for sale. We picked up and welcomed the buyer at the airport and assisted in completing the necessary flight hours required for insurance. Just a few days later, the thrilled new owner flew their new aircraft home to the Midwest. Nighttime flying is beautiful and quickly becomes a favorite for pilots as they become more confident 🌌. Night flying is also important for pilots as it enhances their skills in different visibility conditions, improves spatial awareness, and builds confidence in using instruments and visual aids such as runway lights. For private pilots, FAA regulations require them to complete at least 3 hours of night flight training, which includes a cross-country flight and 10 takeoffs and landings at night to a full stop. 🛬 PSA. When you show up for your nighttime flights at Monadnock Choppers, please come prepared with all necessary equipment and review the knowledge your instructor has briefed you on. A flashlight 🔦 with a redlight filter is a must, and a headlamp is preferable. Know how to turn on and dim and brighten the interior lights in the aircraft you are flying. Review what your flight route will be, all minimum safe altitudes, and what type of runway lights the airport has and how to turn them on. The airport also operates an automated weather observation system. ☀️ 🌧️ KEEN is an excellent airport for flight instruction, with close proximity to other airports and airspace that allow students to experience various levels of complexity. 🛬 The airport also has two restaurants onsite to fuel up for a busy training session. 🍔 Come visit the main Monadnock Choppers hanger and see what we offer. 🚁✈️
